Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery Service currently provides parcel delivery: within 2 working days from receipt of payment to New Zealand residents, Please note customers on the Rural Delivery Postal route will need to allow an extra three working days for delivery.


Delivery Notes

Please note that additional postage charges may apply if due to the size or the total weight of the order it needs to be split into separate parcels. Items currently unavailable (on backorder) are unable to be shipped internationally.

When reordering an item from a return, full postage rates apply to return the item, as well as to reorder. Any applicable taxes or duty charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package.

When receiving your delivery from the Courier, please ensure that the goods are not damaged before signing – this ensures that damage incurred during transportation are the liability of the Transporter and not you.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
